DEVELOPING A VISUAL OPERATING SYSTEM

Background —

Certus is an IT Company that has established itself as on one of the largest, managed IT service providers in England and Wales. We were commissioned to create a consistent, visual operating system for the business to aid with brand recognition.

PHASE 1 —
The Strategy

We initially created a visual toolkit for Certus that could be applied across a variety of touchpoints, documentation, signage,  and importantly, digital applications.

Following a rigourous brand audit conducted by Bright Collie, we were able to highlight particular challenges and opportunities for the new design system.

Phase 2 —
Application

The new connected identity system allows Certus to communicate more effectively, both internally and externally. With a diverse marketing mix, we created a seamless brand identity across the various operations of the business.

Website Design & Development

We worked with Certus to design and develop a new website which is well structured and easy to maintain. The site is the key content hub in the Certus digital marketing toolkit, supporting email campaigns, social media activity, and specific product micro-sites.

Internal Graphics

To ensure brand consistency to both external and internal communications by Certus we have applied their visual identity throughout their workspace environment.
