We were commissioned by DWA Accountants to help position themselves as an accountancy practice that provides their clients with an uncomplicated, proactive service.

Background

DWA's mission is to help their clients to make more profit, pay less tax and ultimately, have more fun! We were approached by DWA to refresh their brand identity and enhance their position as expert 'cloud accountants'.

Strategy
The Brand Strategy

From our first discovery meetings with DWA it was obvious that these were not your stereotypical accountants. DWA are a team of personalities, with a genuine and visible enthusiasm and passion for the work that they undertake for their clients.

Following a Brand Positioning Workshop and audit of their existing brand, we identified that DWA’s culture of helping clients, avoiding jargon and simplifying the whole accountant/client relationship were key themes that weren’t being utilised for best effect.

Along with DWA’s growth strategy to become the leading cloud accountancy practice in Wales, a brand refresh was undertaken to strengthen their position in the marketplace.

Identity
Creating DWA's Brand Identity

Our initial focus was to develop the Brand Toolkit for DWA. This contained the new brand identity along with colour palettes, fonts and a whole visual and verbal messaging system.

This provided DWA with an impactful, approachable and professional image that matched their personality as a business.

Delivery
Internal and external branding for DWA

Following the creation of the Brand Toolkit, we then set to work to bring DWA’s new brand identity to life.

Applying the branding to key touchpoints, both internally and externally was our main focus. This involved the design and development of new websites, a redesign of the DWA app, various pieces of literature and promotional materials, social media content and the office environment.
