To create an engaging brand identity
We were commissioned by Mill Bay Homes to refresh their brand identity. This needed to set the foundations for their ambitious plans, providing them with a visual style that was consistent and exciting.
Refresh the existing identity
We firstly refreshed the existing identity, building into the design visual elements that could then be used throughout Mill Bay Homes’ communications.
A verbal and visual identity
We created a new visual and verbal identity for Mill Bay Homes, refreshing their tone of voice and image style, using a mix of illustration and photography.
Having created the main elements of the brand identity, we were then tasked with applying the branding across the various touchpoints of the business.
This included the design and development of a new website — integrating with Mill Bay Homes’ property sales software. The new website allows the team at Mill Bay Homes to easily update and manage the website, ensuring all communications are accurate and on-brand.
