Huw loves to work at the intersection of strategy and creativity. Using his skills built up during his time working in both advertising and design, he is comfortable with words as much as pictures. His participation in the early stages of projects adds colour to strategy, helping to create clear directions and compelling communications.

Huw uses his broad range of experience to direct our diverse team of creatives and works directly with the leadership teams of our clients to help pinpoint and articulate their brand position.

Having worked on many brands (Cadw, The Royal Mint, The National Trust), Huw believes the ability to orientate around a compelling position is what sets the successful ones apart.

Jess has over a decades experience in creating unique strategies for some of the worlds largest global brands as well as local start-ups that will soon become household names.

Her collaboration with bluechip multi-national brands has seen her work in Portugal, Germany, America and Denmark, to name a few.

Invited as a guest speaker at future trends conferences in London, she regularly consults on cultural and behavioural shifts.

As a DBA Gold Award winner, Jess is an investment to our clients, creating a partnership that guides the brand through the challenges of today with a clear destination for the future.

Adam is a multidisciplinary designer with a passion for all things typography and brand. He has gained experience of working across many sectors on a diverse range of projects, locally and nationally. He takes great pride in his work and can turn his hand to any creative brief that our clients require.

Adam has also been featured within numerous design publications and exhibitions. A career highlight for him was to produce his own 100-page monograph in collaboration with 100for10, a Munich based collective celebrating diversity and visual experimentation.

Whilst adept at working across a breadth of larger projects for big corporations, it’s the little projects that really get her heart racing. Armed with a deft eye for detail and love of bringing brands to life, she draws inspiration from seeing a project through from concept to completion.

With bags of talent and coruscating wit, Megan fills our office with plenty of laughs and riveting conversations. She also champions the team's day to day welfare, keeping an eye on everyone's office posture and cracks the whip when it’s time for a screen-break.
