A refresh was required to ensure that the brand identity supported the business's aspirations and established its leadership position.
Working across different time zones and hemispheres, we all had one goal: to build on Aust Wide Tax & Payroll's impressive reputation and provide them with a brand platform to support further growth.

For the housing association Valleys to Coast, the way that the repairs and maintenance arm operated was broken. The entire process from customer to company was fragmented and frustrating, thus needing a new sister company to adapt to the needs and expectations of its clientele.
The challenge
The topic of tax and payroll is confusing and stressful. With a surge of advisors and ‘experts’ in the space, being recognised as a leading authority on the subject has become more challenging for Aust Wide Tax & Payroll.
Their existing identity was struggling to support their business aspirations. It lacked distinctiveness, warmth and reassurance.
The Brand Idea
Aust Wide's key to success is providing its customers with accurate information quickly. This is driven by a people-first attitude to business. They are focussed on empowering their customers and provide a range of services, both in person and online, to achieve this.
Following our workshops, we felt it was crucial to have these as the main drivers for the brand idea.
Our rebrand saw us redefine their verbal and visual identity and website look and feel with the brand idea 'The Clear Choice'.
The Solution
A complete overhaul of the brand identity was necessary. To support the business proposition, we provided a business toolkit to present their expertise, exemplifying the brand as confident, simple, and memorable.
Focusing the new identity around 'clarity,' it represents their ability to provide their clients with expert advice, knowledge, insight, and the confidence and reassurance to make decisions.
A key component of the brand identity is the bespoke ‘A’ that incorporates an equal symbol. The emblem is used across collateral as a striking new graphic asset which helps to illustrate their new messaging creating a cohesive new identity across both digital and printed collateral.
Developing the Brand Identity
The brand identity and new messaging were implemented across all business touchpoints. As Aust Wide continues to innovate its products and services, the identity has been designed to be extendable and flexible, creating a long-term business asset.
