CIE required a more vivid brand to help capture a wider audience and drive member growth. To truly make an impact, they needed a brand identity that reflected their ambition, authority, and vision to advance the home-buying experience.

For the housing association Valleys to Coast, the way that the repairs and maintenance arm operated was broken. The entire process from customer to company was fragmented and frustrating, thus needing a new sister company to adapt to the needs and expectations of its clientele.

The challenge

The Conveyancing Information Executive (CIE) has recognised a crucial need for transformation in the UK conveyancing sector.

They intend to support this transformation by bridging the gap between technology and expertise while enhancing governance and improving practices in property search services.

To support their ambition, they require an engaging presence in the form of a brand identity toolkit and supporting materials. 

The solution

Bright Collie worked closely with the CIE team to craft a bold new brand identity centred around precision and digital transparency, the core pillars of their mission.

 

Every element was designed to reflect their commitment to clarity, accuracy, and innovation in the property search sector.

The brand idea

We designed the CIE brand identity to embody trust, precision, and excellence in data quality.

 

The structured geometric forms in the logo and brand identity reflect their commitment to accuracy and transparency, reinforcing their role as champions of the highest data standards in conveyancing.

Developing the brand identity

We built the brand around the themes of ‘digital’ and ‘transparency,’ using dynamic graphics to represent the reveal of information.

We then rolled out the brand identity across key areas such as messaging, digital assets, quality marks, and a redesigned website.

 

This strong execution helped CIE stand out as a leader in property search, boosting its visibility and attracting more members.
