A connected brand for a diverse audience.

Enhancing communication, identity, and engagement for Cwm Taf Morgannwg Regional Partnership.
The Cwm Taf Morgannwg Regional Partnership plays a vital role in improving the region's health, social care, and well-being.
With multiple stakeholders and complex communication needs, the Regional Partnership required a clear, cohesive brand identity and strategy to support its work. Bright Collie partnered with the team to define their purpose, create a compelling brand presence, and develop the tools to effectively engage their audiences.

For the housing association Valleys to Coast, the way that the repairs and maintenance arm operated was broken. The entire process from customer to company was fragmented and frustrating, thus needing a new sister company to adapt to the needs and expectations of its clientele.
The challenge
Cwm Taf Morgannwg Regional Partnership was established under the Social Services and Well-being Act to enhance the well-being of people across the region. They aim to improve health and social care service delivery by fostering collaboration between the health board, local authorities, and the third sector.
However, the Regional Partnership faced challenges in clearly articulating its purpose, engaging stakeholders effectively, and ensuring its brand identity was meaningful and adaptable across multiple communication channels.
The solution
Bright Collie worked closely with the Regional Partnership team to refine and strengthen their brand identity. Through facilitated workshops, we helped define their brand purpose and clarified their messaging. Our initial focus was on revitalising their identity and creating a flexible brand toolkit to support their broad and evolving communication needs.
A significant milestone was redesigning and developing the Regional Partnership’s website, ensuring it effectively served as a central platform for communication, information sharing, and stakeholder engagement. Beyond the website, we provided ongoing strategic and creative support, acting as an extension of their internal team to develop and implement campaign strategies.

The brand idea
At the heart of our approach was the idea of making the Regional Partnership’s role more tangible and engaging for their diverse audience. By shaping a cohesive narrative and creating a range of branded assets — including printed literature, animations, digital materials, presentations, and merchandise —we helped strengthen their presence and effectiveness.
We also developed sub-brands for key initiatives, ensuring each had a clear proposition and supporting messaging.
The Impact
Our partnership with Cwm Taf Morgannwg Regional Partnership has led to a more structured and impactful brand presence, enabling them to communicate their mission more effectively. The redesigned website has improved accessibility and usability, while the brand toolkit has provided a consistent and engaging framework for their outreach.
By supporting workstreams across areas such as Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Dementia, and Children and Young People, we have helped the Regional Partnership drive collaboration and co-production throughout the region. Additionally, our work on internal communications has refined their tools and processes, enhancing day-to-day operations.
From strategy and messaging to creative execution and delivery, Bright Collie continues to be a proactive and hands-on partner. This ensures that the Regional Partnership can focus on what matters most: improving lives through better partnership work.
