For the housing association Valleys to Coast, the way that the repairs and maintenance arm operated was broken. The entire process from customer to company was fragmented and frustrating, thus needing a new sister company to adapt to the needs and expectations of its clientele.
The challenge
HSP Valves have established an enviable reputation within the sector for their expertise and approach. With the changes to the business landscape, along with the transition to net zero, HSP Valves were keen to refresh their brand identity to ensure that it positioned them as an authority and trusted partner.
The Brand Idea
HSP Valves take great pride and care in ensuring that the products that they provide their clients are designed to ensure the safe and smooth flow of their assets, with the minimum upkeep required, along with being cost and energy efficient.
In addition, HSP Valves focus on providing the very best of advice to their clients, helping them to navigate what is a very complex industry.
We defined this proposition as being, ‘In the flow’.
The solution
Following a brand identity refresh, which included messaging, our focus was on developing the new website for HSP Valves.
We facilitate workshops to identify the key personas and user journeys for the website, with the soul intention of being able to provide ‘the buying committee’ with the relevant information quickly and precisely — a core attribute the HSP Valves proposition.
Developing the Visual Identity
The brand identity and new messaging were implemented across all business touchpoints. HSP Valves have an ambitious vision for the business, the identity and marketing toolkit is designed to be extendable and flexible, creating a long-term business asset.
