Following a Management Buy Out, the new leadership team at Insight were keen to refresh their brand identity and proposition, inline with their business vision.

For the housing association Valleys to Coast, the way that the repairs and maintenance arm operated was broken. The entire process from customer to company was fragmented and frustrating, thus needing a new sister company to adapt to the needs and expectations of its clientele.
The challenge
Insight have a rich heritage of helping to develop exceptional people and teams. It was crucial not to lose sight of this, through the rebranding of the business.
A core challenge for Insight was to refine their positioning, to not be seen as typical HR or Management Consultancy. We set to work to help review the purpose, vision and values for Insight and their leadership team, along with their core business proposition.
The Brand Idea
During our insight and discovery phases, which included workshops with the leadership team, staff and client surveys, it became apparent that the services that Insight provided had a tangible impact on the organisations that they worked with. They were a performance enhancer.
With the goal of positioning Insight as the go-to consultancy for aspirational organisations that are seeking to develop better leadership, growth and performance, we developed the brand idea around ‘The Next Level of Possible’.
Our focus was to develop a brand idea that conveyed Insight’s proposition of developing leaders and thriving organisations, providing direction, offering support and making a difference.
The solution
A key belief that flows through all of Insight’s work is that when science and people collide, great things happen.
By infusing their work with energy, empathy and humour, the Insight team help their clients to develop more positive and productive environments, which in turn lead to better outcomes for both businesses and individuals.
We focused on developing brand identity and supporting toolkit which captured the personality of Insight, whilst providing distinction in their marketplace.
Messaging
The messaging and tone of voice were carefully crafted to convey Insight’s core values, aspirations, and commitment to creating positive change. The messaging and tone of voice inspire confidence, convey purpose, and connect with their target audience by positioning Insight as a catalyst for positive change and progress.
Developing the Brand Identity
The brand identity and new messaging were implemented across all business touchpoints. As Insight continues to innovate its products and services, the identity has been designed to be extendable and flexible, creating a long-term business asset.
